Hi, Can you share a screenshot of your shadowsettings? Maybe increase the distance? Also can you change the time of day to see if something is happening. It looks like the sun is coming directly from behind, therefor you cannot see the shadows of the cars I think.

Yes this is still a known bug... I automatically compensate when I create the camera so I'm looking further down (showing more floor or ground). Hi,
Just select the omni light and use the move tool place it anywhere you want. Only the initial placement snaps it to an object. But your free to move it afterwards.
