Hi Lumeh,

I can't reproduce the problem you mentioned.
Are you working on Twinmoton 2018 or 2019? Mac or Windows version?
Is it the full-screen mode inside Twinmotion or an exported BIMmotion file?

Thanks!

Best,
Tianxiao

Hi Tianxiao,

i've the Problem in TM 2019, Windows Version, in Bimotion mode and Bimotion extern file.
If i am in the walk mode and i stand in the second floor and Change in the Settings the sight hight, i fall down to the next floor, the first floor. By every Change of the sight hight i fall. It also happens on the ground plane, i fall down.

Hi Lumeh,
Sorry for my late reply.
Could you please send your TM file to test? You could send me a download link to wang@abvent.com

Thanks!
